We have used Chato's Services for 2 of our plumbing needs. He schedules us as soon as he has an opening, which is usually within a day & comes out promptly at the scheduled time slot. He's very knowledgeable and friendly, prices are affordable. We can always count on his services. We had a problem with hot water coming out of our kitchen sink faucet. He came out & took a look and right away knew the line to the faucet was plugged up a little bit. He waited for a few minutes while I ran to Home Depot and bought a new faucet and installed the new faucet for us right away. we highly recommend using his services for any of your plumbing needs in the Reno, Sparks area.

Chato replaced some plumbing fixtures for us. Arrived on time. Gave me upfront pricing which was reasonable. Quickly and efficiently changed out the fixtures. Was very professional and polite. Did a great job. Will definitely use him again.
