This summer we completed a five-week-long complete exterior renovation on this condo in Fernie, BC. The before and after pictures show the remarkable improvement in design that was achieved here. After removing the stucco (as well as a layer of siding underneath the stucco), we installed a variety of products on this building, including Hardie siding, and board & batten siding on the walls, as well as Forma Loc panels around the roof. The Hardie shakes on the gable transformed the pergola roof into a prominent feature of this building's new and much improved exterior design.
