A must for any Airbnb owner!!! I have an Airbnb in Madison and I reached out to Keri of Charlottesville Organizing to organize my well equipped kitchen to create best guest use during their visit. Keri assigned Rachael to work the project and I can't say enough how pleased I was with her efficiency and organizational skills. She streamlined many of the duplicative items which resulted in much more open space for ease to retrieve/store. Most importantly, my reviews include great comments about my kitchen being well stocked and organized for any gourmet cook. We took pictures and put into a little booklet for fast guest reference. Rachael also organized the games, puzzles etc as well so much better than I ever could. Finally, she checked all the bedrooms and baths and made adjustments. I highly recommend that any Airbnb owner make this very modest investment as it will be noticed immediately by your guests as reviews are everything! Thank you Keri and Rachael. I've been helped a ton by Charlottesville Organizing! I've had several extremely productive sessions with Rachael, who helped worked with my quirkiness in a non-judgmental, enthusiastic way. My basement is now functional and organized in a way that works with my specific needs. We had a couple very physically demanding jobs and Rachael was a trooper! We were able to purge enough to get rid of a PODS unit that we'd been using for years. Highly recommended if you're feeling overwhelmed by stuff or life changes.

My husband and I were extremely pleased with Keri-Ann, Rachael and Devan who helped us declutter, organize and dispose of 40 years of stuff! Keri was amazing! She took the time to understand what I wanted and developed a plan to make it happen. She's very methodical and pays attention to details. My house has a different/better feel now because it's so well organized. The end result is much better than I had anticipated and the cost was very fair. Keri-Ann is the BEST!!! I hired her to speak to a women's group, then thought she might be able to help with my Christmas closet, and one year later we have plowed through several needy areas. She is worth every penny. Like an artist, she sees things in a different way than I do, and can envision ways to organize a space that I hadn't seen. She is non-judgmental and tackles what I see as a hopeless mess with enthusiasm and glee!

Keri and her team are AMAZING! A few years back, Keri helped me organize my small living space and put in place systems that continue to work to this day. Whenever I need a quick refresh, she has someone to send me almost immediately. We accomplish in a couple hours what would take me days to do on my own. I especially love the take-away service. Not only do they help you decide what can go, they'll take it away for you and make sure the recycling and donations go to the right places. This is also great if you don't have a vehicle like me. I cannot speak highly enough of this business. The physical order and peace of mind is worth every penny!
