She kept in touch with us and patiently advised us during the process of contemplating valuation and conducting a cost benefit analysis on needed repairs and renovations. Once we were ready, Amy scheduled the photographer, assisted with staging, and had house listed at a fair and competitive price-point within a week’s time. We had multiple offers within days. Notwithstanding the above, as it turned out, the offer we initially picked turned out to be very problematic, but Amy stepped in and skillfully guided us through all the resulting complications and the process of moving on to the next buyer.
