Ben Maddox installed a new pimp and replaced the old plastic check valves with a new brass on. Because the old valve failed and ruined my old pump by breaking up and clogging the impeller with plastic and blowing the pumps seal. He did a great job and informative because he explained everything he was doing and ran each sprinkler station with my controller to make sure everything was working. Very kind and amenable service and I recommend this company and will call on them again. Thanks Ben!

Five weeks ago, lightning struck our Queen Palm and our house blowing out our entire irrigation system! We called Charlotte Irrigation and they sent out Ryan to do a complete inspection of the damage. We agreed that we needed a whole new system. Ryan explained everything and then emailed the estimate to us. Shortly thereafter, Ryan, William and Joe began working on installing the new system. (Also, Rob filled in one day when Joe couldn't make it.) My husband and I were very impressed with all of their attitudes! They were professional, knowledgeable, hard working and polite. There was no question that Ryan wanted the job done right and he wanted us to be happy with the end result- which we are!! I would also like to say that William, (who is still a teenager) has such a great work ethic and great manners- it was truly impressive! And last, but certainly not least, I would like to thank Kristen (office manager) for always being so kind and helpful in coordinating the scheduling and messaging for our project. Yes, we would definitely use Charlotte Irrigation again and we highly recommend them to you!!

Could not be more satisfied with Charlotte Irrigation. Installed all new system in one day. Had to have a technician reprogram the controll timer after power outage. They were there 2 hours after I called!! Thanks to the whole team.

Had a new irrigation system installed by Charlotte Irrigation today...what a great experience and a great company! They showed up on time, made sure I knew and understood all aspects of the project, answered all my questions, and had very reasonable prices! From start to finish, they did a great job and worked efficiently. They showed me how to use the system and tested it all before they left .They were very professional and showed that they really care about their customers. My pest control company damaged my irrigation pipes when installing my Sentricon Stations. They hired Charlotte Irrigation to complete the repair. CI sent their senior technician, Chris C., to my home. He was timely, friendly, respectful, efficient, and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond by welcoming me to be present during the repair, explaining things to me, answering my questions, and also teaching me more about my system. I am considering a pool install right now and will definitely call CI with needs that I will have with that project. Thank you, Chris; for your overall professionalism. You’re truly an asset to CI! Ps. Do you know there is a typo on your business card? It has you titled as a “Seinor Technician”. Just a small misspelling, I guess.
