I used them for a 1700 sq ft crawlspace. Not only were they a fair price, but the best price. What really separates this company is the communication and timeliness. They answer all questions and get back to you asap with anything you want to know. The finished the job in three days and were on time each day. They worked hard and did a great job. They follow up with each stage of the job and check to make sure there is nothing additional that needs to be done.

BEST OF THE BEST! My Crawlspace looked like a Crawlspace from Hell!! And I worried abt my health due to having a moderate mold allergy and my Crawlspace being filled with mold. My house is a 33 yo brick ranch with a crawlspace over 2000 sq ft and in really bad shape. The cleaned everything out, treated for mold and other fungal spores, then sealed it up nicely with a 20 mil vapor barrier. They were very friendly and fair in pricing.

These guys are incredibly skilled. About a month ago, they had double-digit readings, and the inspector returned for a follow-up. Now, I’m getting zero readings in areas that had readings of 10 or more. Very nice work by Blake and his team. One less thing to worry about.
