I sent him a message on Facebook, and he responded the same day. He was available the very next day and came out to fix my refrigerator. He was friendly, professional, and very helpful. I’d definitely call him again if needed. Five stars from me.

He came into my home was very professional and polite. He was knowledgeable about what my problem was with the unit. He listened to my concerns and complaints. The next day he came back and had the part I needed made sure the unit was working properly and also checked on us to make sure the temperature in the home was going down. I highly recommend.

HE one of the best AC person that came out and worked on my Ac. What so about him he tells you everything he is changing then after he shows you the old part and explains to you where it went bad at. He fast working on the AC he knows what he doing with AC. He is a person that tries to help you with a fair price. I have to say he the best AC man around here. He even came out and worked on my AC on a Sunday after church. You don't find many AC men that would do that. I want to thank him for the great work he did for me. Charles was great! He was extremely reasonable and reliable! After our initial conversation over the phone regarding my problem, he ordered the parts he thought were necessary out of his own pocket. When he got here and he started examining the situation, he realized he didn’t need the parts so only charged me for 2 hours labor when he was here for over 2.5. He was professional, clean and I never felt like he was ‘trying to make a buck’. I highly recommend his services. He worked on my fridge but also works on air conditioners too. 5 stars!
