Chaney Services

This is the 3rd time we have had Chaney services assist in our home. Nate did a great job. Had to snake and unclog a sewer drain. Will use them again for sure.

Nate was a pleasure to work with. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgable, patient, informative, and conscientious. He took the time to listen to our rather complicated (and rambling) explanation of what we suspected the problem was, and then he got to work. He fixed the drain issue (this is a complicated plumbing layout and he was outside, snaking an external downpipe) within about 5 minutes. He could have left then, seeing as how he solved the problem, but he continued to snake the drain deeper and more thoroughly, just to make sure there were no hidden issues within our pipes. He also checked on another downpipe, connected to the one he'd just fixed, to make sure there were no drainage issues there. We've worked with Chaney plumbing on other projects/issues and they could not be more helpful, fair, and professional. I'd recommend them for anything.
