Did a very poor job on our exposed aggregate driveway. The concrete mix was poorly distributed, resulting in an uneven and inconsistent surface. The work quality suffered due to being a one-man operation with insufficient labour for a job of this size. Very disappointed with the outcome and would not recommend

Chan is fair in pricing extremely capable and completed the work to our satisfaction. Upon completion of the job he left the site extremely clean. He was on time for the job and the timing of the concrete truck etc. we’re well planned.

Bad experience with Chan. Won’t response properly after getting the money. Didn’t finish his work till now. He won’t pick up the phone calls and we have texted to him for many times, still didn’t refill the soil and remove the beam. We trust him so paid full amount but didn’t expect this happen. Concrete start cracking after 2 weeks. Don’t recommend at all. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

We've hired Chan for 2 jobs in the past. No issues with the first job, done professionally and in a timely manner. However, the second job was well below standard. Even more disappointing was the lack of follow up and communication afterwards. Despite saying he would come down to have a look, it's been 3 months and he still hasn't come down. No answering of phone calls or messages. A complete lack of care. Very disappointing experience.

Poured driveway and didn’t have enough labour to finish properly. Didn’t stipple the beginning of the driveway and it’s extremely slippery when wet. Also concrete was not finished well everywhere and the coloured concrete had patches everywhere. Took the money and then never responded when the issues arose. Had to paint the whole driveway again to add grip

Chan and his team did a great job concreting the patio area and also widened both car park spaces. Great finish and cleaned up at completion. Highly reccomend

Chan is professional and did our concreting and lawn very well and on schedule as promised.
