Good routines - early to bed, get up early
Be disciplined with yourself
Walk daily and go to the gym regularly, eat well and watch that alcohol- it shows you, you can achieve results with dedication and hard work.
Know your passion and purpose! It can guide you. Come back to the WHY
Have systems and processes - structure your week. Write a list of SMART goals, and prioritise what you want to achieve each week and watch yourself tick it off - it feels good and creates momentum.
Play motivational music, audio books or podcasts.
