I can’t say enough good things about this practice. I bring my special needs son here and EVERYONE is so friendly and caring. They take their time to explain procedures and ensure you understand. I highly recommend this practice if you are looking for a dentist.

This practice is not just about dentistry excellence but also the complete patient experience. I have been terrified of dentists for years. Two weeks on from meeting Dr Malhotra and having a deep clean, tooth extract and two crowns, I have lost my fear and cannot thank her and her team enough for their expertise and care.

All I can say is wow! I absolutely received 5 star service today. It was my first time visiting and I have to say that I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the practice, the professionalism and kindness of the staff and the kindness, knowledge and service of the dentist, Dr. Reefat Malhotra. From the time I called until the time I left—I was not treated like a number. I felt valued and seen. Every staff member took their time with me, answered all questions. I did not feel overcharged. No additional or unnecessary services. And it was by far the most gentle but thorough cleaning I have ever had. Convenient location and plenty of parking. I highly recommend this practice.

Doctor H., husband of Dr. Malhrota, filling in for her was excellent. I had 2 fillings of which one was more complicated. There was virtually no pain at all. He was very fast and thorough. He was very reassuring. I will be going back for rest of my treatment. They are a great dental couple!! Thank you.

I’ve been a patient at Chadds Ford Family Dentistry since 1998, and I can’t recommend it enough. I’ve had my fair share of dental work over the years, so this review doesn’t just come from someone who only gets cleanings—I know the staff well from both routine visits and more involved treatments. When you walk in, you’re greeted by Steph, who keeps everything running smoothly at the front desk. She even went to bat for me with my insurance company when I switched providers halfway through my Invisalign journey. Thanks to her persistence, I saved a lot of time, stress, and money—and I’ll never forget that. The office itself is designed with patient comfort in mind. Each room has a TV and even a “comfort menu” of free upgrades like a warm blanket, headphones, and more to make sure you feel at ease during your appointment. My hygienist, Amy is great—gentle yet thorough. I always have a lot of questions, and she never makes me feel rushed or embarrassed for asking them like comparing new and old scans etc. Dr. Malhotra is truly exceptional. She genuinely cares about her patients and always takes the time to explain each step of a procedure clearly, in easy-to-understand terms without jargon - just real education about what’s happening and why. An office is only as good as its staff and leadership, and Dr. Malhotra and her team do it right. They’re welcoming, knowledgeable, and compassionate—even when delivering news you might not want to hear. After so many years as a patient, I can say with confidence: this is dentistry done right. I was overly concerned about dentist but after talking to nurse then Dr I felt more at ease and that they wanted to make sure my pain was being taking care of. From front desk with Stephanie who was wonderful. I recommend Chaddsford Ford Dentistry to anyone who has anxiety going to have any kind of dental work done be sure to give them a call.

My dad was visiting here and got really bad toothache and other dentist suggested to go see oral surgeon but when I went to see Dr. Malhotra’s clinic, they took care of my dad in a same day by removing the tooth and bone crafting. It’s such a relief that all the treatments were done at the same day, same clinic and especially very flexible with quick scheduling. I couldn’t find any better dentist. I came to CFFD after a negative experience elsewhere. I wanted a second opinion and saw that CFFD was highly recommended. I was completely blown away by the kindness, hospitality, and professionalism of the entire staff. I am petrified of dental work, but ended up getting a wisdom tooth extraction on the very same appointment -- my first extraction ever! The process was pain-free, comforting, and easy. Needless to say, CFFD now has a new patient for life!!!

The office staff was wonderful and the Dr was so knowledgeable. I appreciated the respectful treatment and look forward to having such a professional dentist for many years to come.
