Our experience with Travis at CF Custom Tile was very positive from start to finish. Travis spent a lot of time answering all of our questions at the beginning of our shower repair/update project and referred us to an excellent designer. The start date was on time and he always kept us informed about what was on the agenda for the next day and when he would arrive. He is very easy to work with and very reliable. Travis’ work is exceptional. He is a highly skilled craftsman who pays attention to small details that really make a difference. The results of our project were stunning. I would highly recommend Travis to my friends and family.

I could not be happier... I bought a modular home. With that you expect some bumps in the road of a few things off, but when Tad Fiegen and Western Housing left me with 2 different colors of grout, grout that was higher than the tile on the floor, and bowed out tiles on the walls after 3 trips, We asked for Travis for help. He found multiple places where the shower was leaking and deteriorating and the issues were far more than just the cracking floor grout we expected. A True professional he stepped us through the process, found leaking spots (confirmed on tear out) using a moisture meter and then took us through the process of something you don't want to do less than 1 year into your new home. What he found was just shocking- what he did to ensure it was repaired correctly and beautiful was amazing. Great attention to detail and great communication on the entire project. Both Travis and Reese were so polite, and very trustworthy. I had no worries about leaving them in the home if I needed to duck out. If every contractor in the sioux falls area had the attention to detail and care about their clients and Travis does- the city would have some amazing homes.
