A customer in North Fort Myers reported slow drainage inside the home.
After pumping the tank and inspecting the system, we found the inlet line was pitched incorrectly, causing wastewater to sit in the pipe.
We explained the issue and provided recommendations to correct the slope and prevent future backups.
