I’m probably one of the customers Charles has cursed out in his head many of times. But he has remained professional through every delay and obstacle we have had. I highly recommend Certified Garage Doors, they have budget friendly and competitive prices. The garage door installation was a smooth process, it was up and running within 2 hours. It is also backed by a warranty! I love this garage door, I can’t wait for its beauty to shine after our renovation is complete.😍

Bad customer service, I saw 1 of the trucks on the road and called the number to have my garage door repaired. A guy answered the phone and I explained my problem, I then asked when was the next appointment to schedule. He said let me put you on hold and immediately hung up the phone. I called back 4 times and no answer, also the voice mail is full. As a small business owner myself this is Unacceptable and even have me wondering if they don't like to do business with certain people 🤔
