They were prompt and clean and did a very nice patch job on a hole in the firebox. I did have an issue on the billing and they addressed it at first request. They fully get the client relationship as a small business should.

Matt and his team were great. Matt addressed all my questions/concerns. I will be using them again for our chimney sweep and having them do additional work that is needed.
