I can’t say enough great things about these guys! Timely, friendly, and professional and truly goes above and beyond. They could not have a better guy than Thomas working with customers. Im 41 and I can count on one hand how many businesses I have traded with that go to the lengths these guys to satisfy customers and keep them on the road.

These guys are great. I had to get my truck towed in and they serviced the transmission. They did a phenomenal job and also got it done relatively fast. Truck shifts smooth and back to running great now. They’re also professional and polite. I’ll probably use this shop for my repairs and maintenance from now on.

These boys don't miss. I rock with all of them. They are friendly and knowledgeable and know no strangers. They are also very personable. Tommy is the dude and Charles is a hard worker. I'm about to PCS and I wish they could leave with me. It's sad.... My first experience was when I went in there to get my AC fixed and it was a great experience. If they said they'll do something and your car'll be ready for pick up at a certain time they mean it. My second experience was when I went in for my 9th alignment in 3 years. They said it'll take an hour and a half but it took Charles 48 minutes. Most IMPORTANTLY these guys are friendly and they have very good prices. I seriously wish they could leave with me.

They have a good price, however I have my own new part. So they will fix it and not guarantee the work. Sorry I am not stupid, I will just do it myself

$217 for a new battery? I don't think so. Just looked them up...what.. did ya get me the most expensive battery on the planet??I thought that fixed the problem with my belt squealing under the hood since I had it towed there. The total was $300 so they supposedly did a diagnosis on it and found nothing wrong! Well obviously there is still something wrong!! I knew I shoulda taken it to Chris at Auto Tech next to Walmart. He wouldn't have screwed me over!

I’m going to give my honest review. Take it how you take it. Initially I went in for a diagnostic for my A/C. Was told over the phone it would be $100 which excited me but once I arrived it was $200 then left paying $260 (tax $20 so $240). Ok cool Once I got the results I was shocked to see the prices from the sheet provided. I took what was given to me and did further research on the numbers provided. Come to find out the parts located & quoted were significantly cheaper online through VARIOUS vendors ($500-$700 CHEAPER) also used the part numbers provided. That when I felt played. Before I walked out he asked if I was military (not a big deal) then proceeded to tell me to go get a loan & come back & he’ll work with me. I kept my cool and politely exited & told myself I’d never visit that place again. Take this review with a grain of salt. This is a real review.

I called this place about a week ago as I was looking to have some work done on a project truck of mine, easily a $1,000+ job. However I couldn't tell them what I was wanting or even get on their schedule because before I could tell them I was told they weren't even interested by the employee on the phone. I was looking forward to using this business because they have good reviews but I chose to go else where since they didn't even hear what I had to ask them.

I cannot be more thankful to Charles and the CARS team for their help with my Subaru Impreza. About a week before I separated from the military and planned to move away from Louisiana, my impreza had some serious issues. The parts were very expensive, and Charles told me he could save me money if he had more time to shop for deals, which he did. He agreed to hold my Impreza for a while so I could coordinate it to be shipped back to my home state. Unfortunately, I went unemployed for much longer than I planned, and couldn't pay for the repairs right away. Charles continued to keep my car safe until I regained my income and was able to pay for the repair and shipping. Thank you guys so much. Leesville is lucky to have you guys there to help them.

Got me in for an alignment on Shor notice. I really do appreciate them for the work they did, there's a big difference between being quoted $2,200 by one shop in repairs needed before an alignment can be done, and $200 for everything combined when All is said and done. From my experience , I would definitely consider using their services again in the future.

Charles and his team are AWESOME! I don’t know where my husband would be if he didn’t have them to bring vehicles to! We trust them with EVERYTHING and have always gotten the best service! We live 50 minutes away but it’s worth it to get our vehicles to these guys!
