I had a plumbing service done at my home to unclog a toilet. While the technician was very friendly and respectful, I was disappointed that they arrived without the proper equipment and ended up using my personal auger to do the job. The entire visit took less than 20 minutes, and I was still charged $149. I understand there are standard service fees, but considering the short duration of the work and the fact that they used my own tools, the price felt high. Great customer service from the technician, but I can’t justify the cost given the circumstances.

Great service. Called 3 different plumbers on a Monday for a tub removal and new tub install. They were the only ones to call back were out on Thursday of same week and had me fixed up by 1pm same day.
