Our friends drove up to Barnsley from Southport on Friday night to join us in celebrating my other half's 60th birthday. Unfortunately, as they parked, something went wrong with the key fob and they couldn't lock the car is redtsrt the engine The next day, we rang around for help, and Ash was absolutely brilliant; he knew exactly what was wrong, and within an hour of contacting him, he was at our house fixing the problem. He was friendly and clearly knew his stuff. My friend was panicking about his car, but Ash was fantastic and had it running again in just over an hour, so we could continue with the weekend's celebrations. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Ash was amazing and got us out of a stressful situation in a lonely car park in the dark. Our key had broken in the door lock which is also the ignition key. Two failed attempts at getting the key cut at Timpsons at Wakefield and Leeds and the AA telling us they don't do keys at the weekend ? We were given Ash's number by another Locksmith. He had to come out on a Saturday night in the evening and was compassionate, friendly and knew exactly what to do to get us back on the road. I highly recommend Ash for any car key issues, highly skilled and put us at ease straight away.

Ashley came recommended, on short notice, and was very knowledgeable. He installed a Can Phantom immobiliser on my new truck taking the time to thoroughly check and recheck that the system was working as it should. We had managed to lose the chip for our only car key! Disaster. After contacting a few companies we went with Cerberus based on their positive reviews. Ash didn't disappoint, absolutely 5 star service all for a very reasonable price. Certainly knew his stuff, very polite and friendly. Job wasn't straight forward but within a couple of hours we had two new car keys and were able to retrieve our vehicle from where we had to abandon it. Thank you so so much!

Ash came out the next day to fix my vw golf broken steering lock, was quick, knowledgeable and easy going...got my car turning back in again in no time and even came back late on the same day when I had a small issue which he fixed, will be recommending him to anyone and using him in the future, thanks again ash really appreciate it.

I cannot fault the service I have received from Ash. My key was stuck in the ignition & couldn't turn off my engine. Spoke to Ash & he was with me within 1hr. 3 hrs later after fitting a new ignition mechanism I was up and running again, with new keys cut aswell . Extremely good service, Very pleased. Ash responded quickly to a request we had to identify a problem with the locking on our Honda CRV. He came out promptly to assess the problem and provide guidance on what to do next. He was very friendly and professional. He came back with a good solution including competitive price. He came out to us and undertook the work. He was very accommodating to our time commitments. In the end it was simpler to fix than first thought so charged us accordingly. Ash was great and I would definitely recommend him to others.

Thanks so much to ash coming to me. I lost my car key and after one autolock technician couldn't do it I called ash explained the problem he cut me a new key and programmed it even though it didn't want to work. Took some doing nearly 3 hours but he managed in the end saved my life. Would definitely recommend 😊
