Awesome and reliable place. Got my testing done and they really do standby with their promise. It was fast, safe, and painless. Results came in within 30 mins, best part is it was way affordable than other places that offer the rapid test!! The facility itself was nice and calming, the staff were kind and helpful. Overall, highly recommend for any health and wellness services. Thanks for taking care of me!

ZERO STARS.... I've had my appointment at 2pm. Its 4:30 and I'm still no where near seeing my doctor. I still have people waiting in front of me. This place is a joke! On top of that, everyone coming in they are asking for authorization, they called us to make the appointment since our authorization got cleared and approved. This place is seriously a big joke. UPDATE: After seeing the doctor, he got mad at me because i didn't know my heart rate. At the end when he said take your medical paperwork to the receptionist. He was lazy to stand up to give it to her. So a 2.5 hr wait for a 4 minute talk with the doctor and nothing else. No tests. No reviewing the condition of my heart. NOTHING. NOT COMING BACK...

I was looking a better place to get my COVID-19 testing and I found Centro Médico SU Salud. I was able to schedule a same day appointment and have results so quick!! I highly recommend this place!! They were amazing and so reliable!!!Got my testing done and it was fast, safe, and Painless! My husband and I have taken around 10 covid test at other facilities and every single one got worse and worse with the pain! To the point where my husband was so afraid to get another!! Just because of the pain! But they were so gentle and reassured him! Sure enough it was painless!! The Results came in within 30 mins, best part is, it was sooo affordable than other places that offer the rapid test!! The facility itself was clean and so soothing, the staff were soo kind and helpful. Overall, highly recommend for any health and wellness services. Thank you so much for taking care of us!

If I could give a Zero Star I would. My mother recently started coming here and the service is horrible! I have worked for a clinic before and never seen such bad service. Only one receptionist for multiple doctors so she scheduled my mom for wrong visit. The doctor is ALWAYS late. Her last appointment was at 10am didn’t get called till 12 and still wasn’t seen till 12:40pm and only saw doctor for about 5 minutes because he was in a rush. She was first patient scheduled however others were being seen before her, when she just had a consultation. When scheduling the next appointment we asked if he would be on time because it would require my mother to fast and he said he can’t tell us that. He also said that WE (people) must keep the doctors happy not the other way around. I think that statement was out of line and inaccurate. If the receptionist schedules patients for a later time because of the doctor’s tardiness he gets mad and refuses to see the patient. For the most recent appointment 2 patients scheduled for early 9:30 and 10am appointments had not been seen and it was 11:30 already because doctor hadn’t arrived. Very unprofessional. Plan on changing doctor soon.

I was looking a nice place to get my COVID-19 testing and I found Centro Médico SU Salud. I was able to schedule a same day appointment and have results sent to my phone within 20 minutes of taking the test. They were nice and gently. I highly recommend this place.

Very horrible experience. Even though you have an appointment you might be here 2-3 hours. Came here with my mom and it literally took an hour and thirty minues just to see the doctor. Then after they make you wait more.

Expect to wait 2 hours here after your appointment. It’s like this everytime. Extremely selfish of them
