I visited in person several dental clinics in Florida, USA and was told there is no way the implants are possible due to luck of my bone tissue and my age. I refused to get dentures, and hopefully through recommendations found one of the best dentist Dr. Salvador Insignares in Cartagena, Colombia who was able to perform the full mouth implants in June 2023. Now, almost six months later, I have ZERO issues, no infections and while still healing, I am able to enjoy my meals and can’t wait to finalize my procedure. My only wish is that I have met with Dr. Insignares earlier in my life and had confidence when smiling. Thank you doctor Insignares🙏

Terrible experience. He installed 2 implants for my wife. One of them started moving after one month. After 3 years I've got huge infection from 2-d implant because this "doctor" drilled through the sinus. Unbelievable. I will to sue him. Very unprofessional.

I had a zirconia crown done here over 4 years ago by Dr. Insignares. I've had no problems with it since. The staff was very professional and the doctor was attentive and skilled. I got the crown all done in one day as advertised. I don't live in Colombia. I actually came from the USA and I don't speak Spanish. The purpose of my trip was dental tourism. Even with my insurance in the US, the entire trip plus crown was about the same price as just a metal crown at home. This doesn't have anything to do with this dental clinic but I had a good time in Cartagena. There's good food, its convenient and I felt safe. I would probably come back for more dental work if I needed it.

Great experience with Dr. Insignares. Years of experience, latest technology, and a friendly professional staff. I came to Cartagena for dental work I needed based on a recommendation from a friend that has visited Dr Insignares for many years and has had several crowns and a few implants done. I traveled here for an implant and crown that I needed. While I was here I had a tooth that I knew would need attention in the near future start causing me some issues, so I also ended up needing a root canal performed. After a comprehensive evaluation, I also decided to have a cleaning and 3 old metal cavity fillings redone with resin composite and a new cavity on a wisdom tooth filled. I'm a nervous patient when it comes to dental work, and all the staff made me feel comfortable, were very patient, and answered the many questions I had. I would highly recommend Dr Insignares and his staff for any dental work and will be back for any future work needed.

Dr. Salvador Insignares is amazing! My fiancee has 13 implants done in one sitting and I was amazed that she had almost no pain, swelling, or bleeding! Her smile looks amazing and we could not be happier with Dr. Insignares and his Team! They are so patient and kind. Dr. Insignares spent several hours with my fiancee the day before the procedure explaining everything (in Spanish AND English! His sons are also dentists and speak English very well)! The facility is spotless, clean, and comfortable. The staff made us feel like family. Dr.'s assistant Vilma held my fiancee's hand and reassured and comforted her throughout the procedure. Honestly, the kindest lady ever and we love her! We were also impressed that everything is done on-site. Dr's wife works in the lab where the crowns are made on-site! The office is in a safe, well-traveled area with a multiple hotels and restaurants close by in case you need to wait for your loved one like i did. Finally, the price was excellent and about half of what we were quoted in the US! What are you waiting for? Book your flight to Cartagena and see Dr. Insignares and his team! We are so very happy that we chose him to make my fiancee's new smile!

We just had our teeth cleaned and my husband is getting a bunch of much needed work done. This is a top notch well run family business. Lots experience and very friendly place. I will be returning for all new porcelain crowns in the near future. So much less expensive than at home in Canada.

I was on vacation in cartagena and broke a piece of the tooth, I was treated by Dr. Salvador and could not be more satisfied. a very good and modern clinic, and the doctor is a great professional, always worried about leaving the work well done as possible. I was also able to be attended the same day broke the tooth and that was phenomenal. 5 stars.

Great service It's a nice office and it's a shame they do not advertise this office better. It cost $63 dollars to get your teeth cleaned and x-rays, that's 180,000 Colombian Pesos. The x-ray machine was brand spanking new and the equipment too, it was suprising, I was expecting a little ghetto office. The dentist has a lifetime of experience, I didn't wanna let a young kid touch my teeth, especially since there's little recourse in case the desntist messes up. I would definitely go back, if you're in the neighborhood, they're on the second floor of this building by McDonald's.

Very good attention and clinic. We were attended very well and very fast when my husband’s implant became floppy out of a sudden. Dr. Salvador solved it in less then an hour, we totally recommend him.
