We were driving Northbound on Fowler to the 180 Westbound entrance ramp and his truck was in front of me and kicked a rock on my windshield. I saw his phone number from his truck and let him know what happened. He admitted that he was in front of me, however, said he's not responsible for any rocks thrown from his truck. (His truck was older and dirty) He admitted that it happened but didn't want to take responsibility for his action. Why would anyone want to do business with someone that won't take responsibility? Total dirt-bag!!!
