I don't even know where to start about Art. He is very professional. More importantly, he is in touch with the people who need his services. Our first meeting with him, he explained everything we would need and he would do. With him there are no stupid questions and he has only honest answers. He will sit and listen. Everyones situations are different but basically the same. I am ever greatful that we came across his service and strongly recommend him to who ever needs his help.

Art is wonderful to work with. The best part about working with Art, is that he is available most anytime you call. You know you will be talking to the man in charge and not some answering machine. All in all great support for our family's needs.

I retired in NC and my mother passed unexpectedly in CNY & I was quite unprepared for not only the overwhelming amount of details I needed to address, but also the complexity added by living elsewhere. Early on I was blessed to meet Art. In my first visit up I had my hands full with managing my mother’s health care needs. It was incredibly reassuring to know another veteran had my 6, if she were to pass during a time I was down home. She did & he did everything he said he would do & beyond. He was tremendous with tasks he took on, from taking her when she passed, to taking care of calling social security to going directly to get the much needed death certificates. Again, I needed to do everything associated while I was in CNY & he was the one guy I could count on to understand my situation. His fee was beyond incredibly fair & does not fully reflect the level of integrity & service he provided my wife and I- incredible to say the least. Where to start? I can't say how grateful I am to have chosen this service for my father's cremation. Anything I wanted or needed was accommodated. Everything was made so easy for me. They physically came to me for everything. Picking up, dropping off, no inconvenience to your daily life whatsoever. Never easy losing a loved one, but showing you care matters, and they have done this.

This was a very positive experience for me in dealing with the loss of my wife. Everything was explained in detail and they were sympathetic in all aspects of the situation.
