Central Jersey Fireplace

Nico Gomez and Matthew Banney were the technicians who helped me out from Central NJ Fireplace. Both guys were professional and quickly diagnosed the problem with my gas fireplace and made the repair. They showed up on time and worked clean. They rearranged the fireplace logs to get better burning, and made sure the remote worked. Job well done, gents!

Had an issue where we could smell gas coming from our fireplace. Gas company shut off the gas for safety until we could get a professional to inspect and clean it. Unknowingly and embarrassingly we never did anything to clean the inside since install so it was beyond needing attention. Of course this happens at the busiest time of year so we got on the appointment list and anxiously waited our turn. Mike and Nico came out, thoroughly inspected, cleaned and found no issue. They gave it the "safe to use" stamp of approval. Maybe after all of the years of neglect it just wanted some attention. They were kind, prompt and professional. Explained everything they were doing, cleaned the glass and made the fireplace sparkle once again. Couldn't have asked for a better outcome and a truly nice company to do business with. (By the way, thank you for your service for our country.) We plan to be regulars and keep up the maintenance on it. Thank you, gentlemen for your courteous response and explanations.

Our initial service call with Central Jersey Fireplace exceeded our expectations. Nico provided a thorough inspection and successfully got our fireplace running. We had an appointment scheduled with Central Jersey Fireplace to have a wood burning insert installed in our fireplace. They never showed up or called my wife waited for the sales men who was a no show. I called they the woman said they we call and reschedule 3 weeks later still no call.

I called Central Jersey Fireplace for what I thought was a potential blockage in my fireplace chimney. Their technicians Mike and Nico arrived promptly and diagnosed the situation in under five (5) minutes. Turns out, the chimney was (thankfully) totally clear and completely clean. What blew me away ? Mike and Nico refused to take even a small fee to compensate for the time and effort involved with this service call. Central Jersey Fireplace are trustworthy pros who put customers first. Fantastic Company to work with! Efficient, on time, knowledgeable, I could go on and on. The work is impeccable! The workers were the best. There are different teams for different jobs, building the structure ( Our township inspectors were incredulous at the quality of the framework ), the workers in charge of the gas hookup and actual fireplace installation, the electrician and the tile installers. Each and everyone of them a cut above others we have worked with. But a special thumbs up to William who tiled the fireplace. Not only was his work excellent but he made sure that he knew EXACTLY what I wanted before he started. A great company.

We called around and so many dealers told us our fireplace was so old (25 years) that they don’t even make parts anymore (Majestic fireplaces), and refused to come out to even look it over. Finally, Central Jersey said they could. Matt came with his apprentice and immediately located the minor problem, did some adjustments and cleaning and we were back in business. And they will always have my business from now on, and I will gladly recommend them to anyone. Professional, courteous, experts at their craft, clean and neat. Can’t thank you guys enough!
