They really do it all, from helping me with carpet cleaning to eliminate pet odors, smoke smells, and stains, to power washing the backyard to tackle urine odors and stains left by tenants dogs. The guy did a pretty good job. I will say, though this is the fastest carpet cleaning I’ve ever had not sure if that’s a good thing or not. The reason I’m giving it four stars is because although we left the small sliding closet doors open and completely free of anything on the floor those areas in the two Small bedrooms were completely skipped. They didn’t use industrial dryers like their website says they do so our carpets are still damp 24 hours later. The guy that came also didn’t bother to dry all the water residue on our hardwood floors that the machine would spit out all over the edges. Also, really wish he would’ve brought shoe covers considering he was walking through our lawn with mud and we are a no shoe household since we have small babies. The job was done just seemed very rushed.
