Our blood bank plasma freezer was warming up and the technician was able to get our unit back up and running on the first visit. Working with Centigrade was a great experience. They were on site for our repair exactly when they said they would be. The service technicians were very knowledgeable, and had our unit repaired in a couple of hours. Someone even followed up with us the next day. I will be using Centigrade again if needed.
