Centerville Dental Center

We are greatly pleased with our new dental providers! Everyone from when we first called to schedule through all the diagnostics and care given were outstanding — very welcoming, professional, knowledgeable, kind and thorough. They took their time and explained and answered our questions. There was no pressure — just wise guidance and recommendations. Office is easy to access and modern with the latest diagnostic resources. We’re thankful to now be at Centerville Dental Care.

I had a terrific visit this week. Lindsay, hygienist, and Ashley in the front office were both wonderful. Lindsay was clearly very experienced and thorough. She worked quickly and efficiently getting me in and finished in no time at all. This is a great dental practice, in my experience.

I just took a shot off of Google for a dentist as I had moved here from Tennessee. Dr. David is awesome every assistant and hygentist I have had have been wonderful. All very sweet and comforting and I have had to have major dentalnworkndoneduebto my cancer chemo. If you want kindness and smiles this is where you need to be.

I can’t say enough good things about this office. I was experiencing a dental emergency and they were able to get me in quick and Dr. Trang Nguyen was absolutely amazing. She explained everything to me and my fiancée perfectly and laid out all of our options. The staff and dental assistant were top tier and did their very best to make sure I was comfortable. I had been denied by some many different dentist, but not Dr. Trang Nguyen. She told me she could help me and she did just that! Was the least painful tooth extraction I have ever experienced and that’s amazing because it was the most difficult! I will recommend this office every time! Thank you so much ladies for everything!

I had a deep cleaning/SRP done today by Hannah, and it might have been the best experience I’ve had at a dentist visit yet. I was super nervous due to not having seen a dentist in years, and she did an excellent job of putting me at ease and making sure I didn’t feel any pain. She also made me feel pretty proud of my teeth, which is something I haven’t felt in quite a while, and gave great guidance on post-procedure care. This visit has definitely nullified a lot of my dental fears. Thanks again, Hannah! I very much appreciate everything you did!

Centerville Dental Center is great, excellent! Dr Trang Nguyen is the best dentist. I had many serious problems. She took the time to explain options and recommend treatments. Every step of the way she and her staff provided outstanding service and care. I had been to several dentists before my first visit to Cville Dental with severe and emergency situations. The other offices, especially the chain offices, were very bad. I was at the end of my 'tooth' before seeing Dr Nguyen. I very highly recommend Centerville Dental and thank them for all the help.

I’m 65. Centerville Dental Center is the best dental practice I’ve ever had. Top notch practitioners in all roles. Highly recommended.

This is merely my OPINION, but I hope the Ohio Attorney General's office looks into this office and their... "business practices." Ahem. So sad that the reputation that Dr Dipasquale built over decades has been misused in this way. Sort the reviews by lowest first and read carefully before making an appointment here!!! My dad was a longtime patient of Dr D, and since my last dentist retired recently I've been searching for a new one, and I remembered how Dad always spoke so highly of this office (mind you, he passed on almost a decade ago when Dr D was still practicing). So I started to look into Dr D's old office, but I am sure glad that I bothered to read recent reviews first!! Suffice it to say my search continues, and if I were you, I'd suggest you also keep looking elsewhere. If even half of what I read here is true, I think someone has a LOT of explaining to do to insurance companies, patients, and to the law. You only get 1 set of real adult teeth. Make sure you can TRUST those who would work on them. Again, just my OPINION. Make your own decision based off what others have said, and what your gut tells you.

I was called less than 48 hours (32 hours) prior to my appointment and told that I needed to get OB clearance for my XRAY as I am 5 months pregnant, it was stated to me that it was necessary for a new patient cleaning and exam appointment , I verified twice for cleaning only and was told XRAY would be necessary. They also stated I would need to get the clearance over within the next hour as both their office and my OB closes at 4PM(later told I had until next day) I unfortunately had to cancel my appointment as I was not comfortable with getting XRAY & found that this interaction was not very professional & not a great first impression. Both woman I spoke with were very kind- I just felt this was a bit unorthodox when it comes to pregnant patients .

I love Dr. David, but the staff (especially the front staff) have really gone down hill since I have been patient there (nearly 10 years). And their billing policies have become outrageous and they are not lower income friendly at all. I’m probably going to have to find a new dentist.
