✨Here's a little Feel Good Friday story for you...
We received a call yesterday regarding a lady who had been without water for a WEEK or more due to a leak under her manufactured home.
She delayed getting it repaired because a plumbing company from a larger neighboring city came out and looked at the leak, giving her a quote of almost $1,000 for the repair. They explained there was not enough crawl space to make the repair from underneath the home, so they would have to cut through the floor. They further explained she could just put in an insurance claim and her insurance should cover it.
She didn't have a good feeling about it, so she asked a friend their opinion who in turn called us.
Our schedule happened to somewhat clear for the afternoon, so we were able to dispatch a technician yesterday. He did in fact crawl under the home. And in less than an hour had it repaired saving the lady not only $800, but the hassle of dealing with her insurance company who probably would have raised her premium later on or worse.
It never hurts to get a second opinion if you don't feel good about something!
