This is my favorite bar in Tulsa. The service is amazing. The atmosphere is perfect. The good times never stop. Cellar Dweller is also the home of the best open mic in Tulsa. Stop by Sunday night and catch some chuckles.

Cellar Dweller is the sort of place that you want to have in your city, but that you don't make a habit of visiting. Its the classic dive bar in the best way possible, but its location and underground setting make it particularly unique. The art work on the walls are worth the visit alone. As for actual drinks, not so much.
