I attended a function at The Celebration Hall recently, and unfortunately, my experience was marred by a series of disruptive incidents. The event began with a traditional and authentic touch, but things took a turn for the worse when two individuals from the transgender community approached and began demanding money. We reluctantly gave them 2000 INR in hopes of resolving the situation, and only then did the function commence.
However, the trouble didn't stop there. Later in the event, 6-7 more individuals arrived, once again demanding money in a highly disruptive and rude manner. This second encounter was particularly distressing, and despite our attempts to involve the manager, their response was delayed and ineffective. The manager only showed up after the individuals had left, which was too late to prevent the disruption.
Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend that The Celebration Hall implement stronger security measures to handle such issues more effectively in the future. It is crucial to ensure that guests can enjoy their events without such disturbances
