Extremely disappointing customer service. There is a consistent lack of accountability, and when issues arise, the responsibility is immediately shifted onto the customer rather than being resolved professionally.
In my experience, communication has been inconsistent and at times contradictory. Delivery problems were not handled transparently, and instead of taking ownership, the company defaulted to additional fees and rigid policies. It feels like the burden is always pushed back onto the client, even when the issue stems from internal miscommunication.
For a service that is supposed to be reliable and routine, this level of disorganization and deflection is frustrating. I expected professionalism and clear communication, unfortunately, that has not been my experience.
