The best thing I've ever done was finding these guys! Such amazing tasting water with such good service ! I got a cooler for my home and my work I had a little issue with one of the coolers where the hot water wasn't working they literally replaced my water cooler ! Plus I've massaged them a little later before deadline for delivery they still managed to deliver me exchanges of water bottles ! Such a good company with great people ! I'm so happy to be using you guys thank you !

I’ve been a Cedar Springs Bottled Water customer for a year now, and I continue to be impressed by their exceptional service and dedication. Their wide range of plans and water options—RO, Spring, and Distilled—are thoughtfully designed to fit different needs and budgets. Throughout the entire year, I have never experienced a single moment of disappointment. Their customer care team is consistently prompt, courteous, and accurate in their responses. The delivery drivers also deserve special appreciation—they work tirelessly to reach every corner of the city, even in challenging weather conditions. Overall, Cedar Springs offers an excellent product backed by a truly wonderful team. I highly recommend them to all my friends and anyone looking for reliable bottled water service. I have been a customer for several years now. The water quality is excellent and it tastes fresh every time. I get the glass bottles. Customer service is always responsive, fast and friendly! The text reminders for the approaching delivery days every couple of weeks or so (where you decide if you need more and when they pick up your empties) are very helpful. Delivery drivers are also friendly and there is an overall culture of good customer care.

After many years of good service, unfortunately the service provided to me as a 10+ year customer had changed. I rent water coolers and had bottled water delivery servicing multiple locations in the downtown Toronto core. I I placed an order for bottle service and was told "we do not deliver to that location" and I was suddenly stuck delivering the water myself, which I might add is very labor intensive but my services depended on having a water source and had to be done. During this time I had noticed that Canadian Springs was providing water service at this same location with the same truck so it didn't quite make sense so I inquired. Unfortunately, I got bumped around, no call backs and more voicemail. After a week I finally got someone after persisting to call. The reason for the service interruption was due to lack of driver experience. Their driver had damaged equipment and property at this location and delivery was no longer available. Unfortunately, this somehow became my issue to navigate and deliver myself. Rather then find a solution for us after 10+ years they, without regret, they preferred to see us take our business elsewhere.

Extremely disappointing customer service. There is a consistent lack of accountability, and when issues arise, the responsibility is immediately shifted onto the customer rather than being resolved professionally. In my experience, communication has been inconsistent and at times contradictory. Delivery problems were not handled transparently, and instead of taking ownership, the company defaulted to additional fees and rigid policies. It feels like the burden is always pushed back onto the client, even when the issue stems from internal miscommunication. For a service that is supposed to be reliable and routine, this level of disorganization and deflection is frustrating. I expected professionalism and clear communication, unfortunately, that has not been my experience.

Excellent customer service and great-tasting water! I use their glass bottles — a bit more expensive and heavier, but totally worth it. They swap out the bottles right from my porch on delivery day and only accept their own marked ones. Once, I got a chipped bottle and they replaced it for free without any hassle. Ordering is easy, usually done the day before, but I even got a last-minute order delivered once. I've been a customer for almost a year now and couldn’t be happier with their service!

Cedar Springs is without a doubt the best water company in the Toronto area. They are quick, efficient, and very accommodating. Their drivers are friendly and their reception is patient and understanding. My mother who is in the early stages of alzheimer’s orders from them and they have set her up on auto deliveries to help her from forgetting to call in and place orders. I’ve now signed up for their service, and am having just as excellent an experience. Great company!

Love their quality water! Both the Mountain Valley in glass bottles and Cedar Springs are fantastic! Only shame is that they don't offer delivery to Barrie & surrounding area so we have to pick up at the warehouse. Please expand your delivery area🤞

Having been a residential customer with Cedar Springs for approx. 1 year now, I have not had anything other than top notch customer service from my account rep, Izzy F. The gentle reminder email confirming my order for the next delivery date is great as will keep my family hydrated :) My orders are always delivered right to my door as scheduled, never late and are always accurate.
