I had a wonderful experience with Karen Bush. She was so helpful in helping me with recreating a necklace from my past wedding ring. She is wonderfully patient, kind and so very knowledgeable in her field. The store has a lovely atmosphere and all the staff have been friendly and helpful.

I used CD Clark Diamonds & Designs for the first time to create a promise ring for my girlfriend. I knew one of the sales reps, Bobby Rice. He listened and then presented what I had suggested. He also brought in their designer for more detailed options. He took my idea and made them better without losing my original plan. The team there does an excellent job to listen to the customer and help them get the jewelry they want at a reasonable cost. I am so happy, and so is my girlfriend, with the final product. Thank you. Using their CAD design software, they customized the ring exactly to my vision, brainstorming ideas together until we landed on a perfect design. I probably went to about 10 different custom jewelry stores looking for one who would design an engagement ring for my future fiancé. Not only was cd Clark diamonds willing to make my dream come to reality, but they SURPASSED my expectations. I came to them with just an idea and a couple references pictures and they designed and crafted the perfect engagement ring. Karen was absolutely wonderful to work with, keeping me updated every step of the way. From the CAD rendering, to the 3D printed model, to physically holding the ring in my hand. Josh gave me fantastic feedback on practicality, not just designing a ring that looked perfect, but functioned even better. Can not wait to return with my fiancé to design the perfect wedding band to match her perfect engagement ring. Will be returning in the future for any of our jewelry needs.

He listened to my concerns and was so patient with me helping me figure out what I wanted. He was super informative and taught me a lot about diamonds and him and the CD team made me my dream ring in-house in a matter of a couple weeks. We had a great experience with CD Clark diamonds. They were so knowledgeable when helping me pick out a stone and stay within our budget. They were not pushy with sale tactics like other places were and let us take our time. 6 months later my fiancé came back to design the ring with very small time frame and CD was so accommodating and was able to pull it off. They were all so professional and personal which made the process much easier. They pay attention to detail and communicate effectively during the whole process.

Excellent service! I went in wanting a custom ring. 3D models of what I had in mind were printed in order for me to get a better visual. Made the decision process easier. Ring had to be resized and it was done within the hour. Great team, great service!
