I used CD Clark Diamonds & Designs for the first time to create a promise ring for my girlfriend. I knew one of the sales reps, Bobby Rice. He listened and then presented what I had suggested. He also brought in their designer for more detailed options. He took my idea and made them better without losing my original plan. The team there does an excellent job to listen to the customer and help them get the jewelry they want at a reasonable cost. I am so happy, and so is my girlfriend, with the final product. Thank you. We had a great experience with CD Clark diamonds. They were so knowledgeable when helping me pick out a stone and stay within our budget. They were not pushy with sale tactics like other places were and let us take our time. 6 months later my fiancé came back to design the ring with very small time frame and CD was so accommodating and was able to pull it off. They were all so professional and personal which made the process much easier. They pay attention to detail and communicate effectively during the whole process.

I had the absolute best experience with CD Clark (specifically Karen) while having a custom wedding set made for my wife. Karen was so helpful and attentive to detail in helping me get everything just right. I don’t know anything about jewelry and I was pretty overwhelmed by the idea of having to do all of that but Karen made the experience so pleasant and stress free. She communicated with me about design and any changes that needed to be made throughout the process. I would absolutely recommend CD Clark to anybody.

Karen was a big help in picking out an engagement ring, gave me a fair price from the beginning and worked with my very limited time frame, she was also very patient with me taking a look at at many individual stones and different mounts without any rush.
