Callum came out at short notice, diagnosed the issue, and did what was asked of him. Then, when he didn't need to, he fixed and replaced the faulty switch and fitted a new shower. I found him very knowledgeable about our electrics and he offered sound advice. I would recommend him and will use him again in the future. Got Callum out to change a light fitting as I was moving house and was taking the existing LED pendant light with me. He completed the job promptly and at short notice, was pleasant and friendly throughout, cleaned up after himself and demonstrated vigilance and care by showing me how to temporarily reattach the screws to the light fitting to avoid them being lost in transit. He also didn't charge me for the new standard pendant fitting as I already had one, which was really decent of him. An excellent tradesman who I would recommend to anyone. Update: July 2024 Repeat customer as I remember the good job Callum did before and got him out again to install 4 new lights after removing old ones. Good communication throughout and a very reliable, hardworking and decent tradesman who is my first choice electrician.

The work was done perfectly without any problems or flaws and efficiently. When I contacted CCT Electrical's my call was answered straight away and I explained what I needed done and my every request was accommodated. As well I was given a date and time and he showed up on time on the day and done the work and stuck to the Quote that was provided to me before hand.

We bought a new house and had to do our basic survey's. We were really pleased with the output of the survey and Callum was really helpful and advised us of all possibilities. Really happy with the service and will definitely go back if we need anything at all :)
