Last July, we were involved in an automobile accident that severely damaged the side of our truck. I searched for a Toyota Certified body shop and decided to go with CC Transformations. Right from the start, Michael demonstrated transparency and accessibility. He consistently returned our calls and kept us informed about the progress of the repairs. Despite occasional delays due to parts availability issues, Michael ensured that we were aware of the timeframe and maintained regular communication throughout the process. All of us know what it's like to make a mistake! I made a big one when I wrecked my wife's suburban...Talk about being in the dog house! Thank goodness I had a body shop I could trust to get this mess cleaned up and in a hurry while maintaining the highest quality of work. Michael and his team did an amazing job! They were very professional and took time to address all my questions. I had originally taken my vehicle to a different place but was not getting a very good vibe from them. They diagnosed my vehicle and came up with a very hefty price forthings I didn't even take my vehiclein for. I called up I called up CC transformations and had them look over my vehicle. Turned out that "vibe" was correct. CC Transformation diagnosed my vehicle and told me exactly what was going on. Saving me THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS! Not only that, but I am a mom of 2 small children. So pulling out carseats and finding a ride, would have been crazy! They made life so much easier for me by coming to pick up my vehicle and dropping it off once it was done. There's mechanic shops then there is CC Transformations. Really was impressed with the friendliness. Normally going into mechanic shops they're happy to find problems and then charges you to fix everything. Michael was very straightforward, fast, and no nonsense. From brakes to the oil change, he does it all real well. :D
