Amazing facility with zero care for punctuality. Informed about my tight timeline at the time of booking and also at the follow up call. For 20 mins I was told the “Dr is in the building” eventually, requested a refund which they happily obliged. Friendly staff and did what was within their power but appeared to have been let down by Dr.

The worst Dental i have ever visited. I visited this place for my Father's Implant treatment. During payment and discussion at the counter, Sanjeewa said that they will complete the rest of the steps of Implant within three months. Upon confirmation we paid the full amont and now almost 5 months they don't give appointment to continue the treatment. Even though i phoned them many times, they say that they will check and let us know but it seems nobody takes resposibility. Recently a lady spoke to us and said that the doctor has given a date which will be in April. Waste of time at Cayo. I recomend Dr. Dianas Dental Hospital for Dental needs in Kandy as i have visited their Hospital for a Root filling.
