Exceptional Service from Cavanagh Electricians! I recently scheduled an online appointment with Cavanagh for various electrical installations around my home. From start to finish, their service was impeccable! The communication was outstanding - I received notifications when the two electricians were en route, and they arrived exactly when promised. Both technicians were professional, courteous, and clearly knew their craft. They efficiently completed all requested work: * Installing 4 recessed lights in my kitchen * Replacing my kitchen motion light switch with the new one I purchased * Installing 2 Ring outdoor floodlights on my garage exterior * Converting my battery-operated Ring doorbell to a wired connection What impressed me most was their attention to detail and cleanliness. They worked methodically, answered all my questions, and left my home spotless after completing the job. Had 2 recessed lights up high in the 2nd floor soffit that stopped working years ago. Recently saw a Cavanaugh van in a parking lot and looked them up - making an appt was super easy, you can do everything online. They showed up the next day and after troubleshooting the problem, they replaced the old hihats, ran new wiring and the lights were working again in no time. Super professional, very nice, explained everything they were doing. Would highly recommend their services, I plan on using them again in the spring after a new deck install.

From the initial phone call Cavanaugh was fantastic. Phone call was friendly and understanding and reassuring. Technicians were skilled, responsive, friendly. They explained every step of their work. Answered all questions; were patient and assuring. They were skilled, organized and efficient. Final results were excellent. Our thermostat was not working. The two men that came were so nice and helpful. The thermostat was charging according to the electrician and would turn on later, which it never did. They also said that someone was going to come back to fix the hole they had to cut in the wall. I’ve called multiple times no one responds. Paid $400 and the issue was never fixed. Just had to hire another Electrian to fix the problem unfortunately and now I have to hire someone to come spackle and fix the wall. Unfortunate because the electricians were so nice and helpful to start.
