Cathedral installed a 2.5kw unit in my garden office. I spent several weeks discussing the install, asking questions to Jamie, who was more than happy to help and provided a very fair and reasonable quote. I've been building the office with my father over a 12 month period so was a little apprehensive about holes being drilled through the wall and so wanted to make sure I chose the right company that I could trust to complete the work. Mark did a great job, really taking care to complete a clean and tidy install and the unit works great.

Had a 2.5kwh split unit installed in my garden office. Was an excellent service from the initial quote to final installation. Every question I had was answered politely no matter how stupid! On the day of installation the engineers turned up on time, did a great job and left the site extremely tidy. Even offering to mop the floor due to the mudsituation. The actual install has been done extremely tidily, and great care was taken to ensure visibility of the piping was minimal and has been covered with trunking neartly. I would highly recommend Cathedral AC to anyone looking to get AC installed.

Excellent service from start to finish. Within 24hrs of my initial enquiry Jamie arrived to survey the premises and spent time with me to explain the different options available. Just one week later and his team were onsite to install two new air conditioning units. Great service at a fantastic price, thank you.

The team that fitted our units were very tidy, and the work carried out was neat with the trunking required fitted with particular care. Quick response from Jamie to our 15 year old air conditioning system that developed a problem. Soon diagnosed and repaired at a more than reasonable price. Great company. Ignore the couple of 1 star reviews, Jamie and his team are 1st class from start to finish. I had 3 AC units installed and everything from initial contact and survey, through installation, to commissioning were excellent. Great communication, good advice, friendly and knowledgable team, quality products. I would highly recommend.

Brilliant service indeed! I know nothing about A/C units but was talked through all the options available and came to the decision of the 2.5kwh split unit and it’s perfect for my garden office/mancave. The installation was smooth and tidy! Very professional company and will definitely be using them again for future projects. Highly recommended 👍🏻

Jamie was very professional and did a very good job. He arrived on time and tried his best to fit around us to minimise interrption as we are a cafe business.
