Highly recommend Cater-ConnectUK Ltd! I recently purchased a Unox Stefania oven from Cater-ConnectUK Ltd and had an excellent experience. I contacted their Sales team by phone and spoke with Sam, who was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. He answered all my questions quickly and clearly. Their price was the best I could find, and the delivery arrived exactly when they said it would. Even after the purchase, Sam continued to be very responsive and supportive. It's rare these days to find a company that truly cares about their customers, even for smaller orders. A big thank you to Sam and the whole team at Cater-ConnectUK Ltd — absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. Highly recommended! Saber

Absolutely awful company. Ordered an item costing £600 (for small charity). Chased it up after 3 weeks. Had to pay additional £57 delivery to Northern Ireland. 2 weeks later got it. It was wrong specification. After some "debate" was allowed to return it - agsin at cost of £57 to the charity. After it was delivered was told it was damaged (no sign of damage to box and was packaged appropriately) and was told it will be returned to us...Will not hold my breath. Would advise against anyone ordering anything from this company!

I ordered an oven that was meant to come within 5 days, I waited near 2 weeks with no response before being told I needed to pay extra to send to Northern Ireland. After paying the extra I then received the oven, that was wrong to size and was then asked to pay extra again to send it back, after sending it back the company then told me the product was damaged, taking photos of the product, although when asked for pictures of the box the product was in there was 0 damage. Wouldn’t recommend this company to anybody who wants a fast or quality service. Ended up paying over £150 for a product I never received

Highly recommend this company - I contacted their Sales team directly by phone to check availability of stock and spoke to Sam. He provided amazing customer service in trying to source a Smeg expresso coffee machine in cream in a model that is no longer current stock. It is so rare these days to be able to speak with a company who are personally interested and helpful in trying to assist a customer. My purchase was small in comparison to the large commercial orders they must process but their service was outstanding. Thank you Sam for all your effort and support! Rosemary.

Please do not use. I purchased a refrigerator from them that was delivered faulty. I spoke with Sam Callander at Cater Connect Limited about this who I can only describe was quite rude and abrasive. To activate their warranty they require an additional £375.99 as a holding payment. This is over 3/4 the price of the refrigerator. No other company I know does this. I cannot afford this payment. Which means I cannot activate my warranty. Please avoid this company and purchase from a reliable retailer who care about their customer relationship. Additional; The 'Special Circumstances Agreement' stated in Cater Connect's narrative below was on a prerequisite that I remove this review.

Great customer service. After a terrible experience with another company I contacted Sam at Cater Connect and he was more than helpful, when there was a mishap with delivery, he got it sorted and my new oven was delivered next day

They charged me £8.99 for delivery - said it'd be 5 business days - only after me contacting them after 7 business days after 2 days for them to reply they are now telling me it'll arrive tomorrow. No word stating that the order would be delayed - only after reaching out to them.

Worst Service I have received since staring an Hospitality Business. Placed and order for a Freezer worth £2799.99. Never had any update on delivery date and when contacted the sales team they said the delivery will be only after Tuesday as we have been closed on Monday and Tuesday I said it it is fine any other day. Just got a call form the delivery driver on Tuesday that they are in the premises, and luckily somebody was in the premises. The driver said he will be only able to drop the huge heavy freezer on the kerb side and cannot bring inside the building as no installation option was opted and the driver has left the freezer on the roadside irrespective of the fact that it was raining. Contacted the sales team over the phone and the representative was very rude and was not at all helpful he just wanted to simply say that it is all in their website and if the order is cancelled there will be a cancellation fee of 35% of the total price paid. We had no other option then to accept the delivery. In fact we have felt trapped by this absolute unprofessional company after paying such a huge amount to them in advance. Will never ever use them in the future and will not recommend them to any one.

The level of customer service skills the owner has, is the same level of an inefficiently trained customer service advisor. Goods not delivered when they said they would be. Constant excuses as to where the goods are. Looking at the reviews, there always seems to be an excuse as to why the business has not performed as it should!
