With all the ongoing construction in my neighborhood, combined with everyday allergens from pets and normal household activity, my ducts were in terrible condition. Dust was everywhere—on cabinets, walls, furniture, even clothing—and I was waking up every morning with allergy attacks without fail. Cat 3 Recovery sent one technician, which I truly appreciated—no revolving door of people in and out of my home. The technician was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and honest. From the moment he explained the process, I felt completely at ease and confident I was in good hands. He removed all vent covers and cleaned them with an antimicrobial treatment. Any mold present was properly cleaned and encapsulated, including surrounding wall areas near the vents. He then used a long vacuum hose with a rotating, vibrating soft-bristle brush to gently scrub inside each duct, loosening years of built-up dust and debris, which was immediately vacuumed out of the system. Afterward, the ducts were treated with an antimicrobial solution and the entire system was fogged. He even inspected and cleaned my AC coils—above and beyond what I expected. We were so thankful for Cat3! They came out earlier than we had hoped and gave us a very fair estimate. Gavin came the very next day and did the job of 3 men! He was there all morning and when he left our bathroom looked amazing! We got 4 estimates and Cat 3 was the most reasonable. Gavin did an excellent job!!!

as terrible as it was to learn that my new car, garage wall and golf cart were covered with mold, Cat 3 recovery was quick to go into my community, assess the damage and have people out there the next day! They were by far the most economical and they did it a wonderful job!

Highly recommend CAT 3 Remediatiom Company. They did a fantastic job cleaning my a/c vents and cleaning up mold. In addition they removed affected sheet rock, removed all mold, replaced sheet rock, spackled and painted and then applied sanitizer to my entire home. Left my home spotless!
