I'm a local Realtor in Naples, and am pleased to provide a FIVE-STAR review to Jacob and John at Casza Renovation Services! With less than two hours notice, Jacob and John scurried to a home that was due to close in the afternoon, and completed 2 1/2 hours tile reset that saved a transaction, allowed an 83 year old widow to close on the sale of her home, and they did it with such honesty and integrity and professionalism, as I have rarely ever seen! THIS is old-fashioned service by true professionals who genuinely care! They have earned my highest recommendation, undying gratitude, and many referrals for the future! About 6 months ago I had Jacob and his team completely redo my sons shared bathroom shower. There was a cracked tile which exposed water leakage and a rotten backer board that has basically disintergrated. I had multiple companies come out to bid and I got quotes for 15k, 10k, 8k, and these guys were thousands less. They had excellent service and unlike many could speak english. They were on time, and did really great work. Originally I wanted to keep the same glass but after seeing their work the old glass looked cheap and didnt match so they connected me with a good glass guy at a good price. The really surprising thing was that there were 2 little divits of wood molding around the area they replaced that were about 1.5 inches wide that they had to come back and fix later, so minor that they would never even be noticed if they were not fixed. Well life went on and I forgot for months that these 2 little sections needed to be fixed so I finally contacted Jacob and asked him to fix them, he always replied immediately and would set a date, but I would forget, or he would call and I would sleep in. I did this many times. But every few weeks I would remember, or my wife would remind me, and I would call him and he would set another time to come out. It must have been frusterating to deal with me, as I was forgetting and not awake when he would call. This is why I can completely recommend these guys. That was very professional to stay patient and complete the job even when I was a flake. thank you guys, great job, great work.
