I'm a local Realtor in Naples, and am pleased to provide a FIVE-STAR review to Jacob and John at Casza Renovation Services! With less than two hours notice, Jacob and John scurried to a home that was due to close in the afternoon, and completed 2 1/2 hours tile reset that saved a transaction, allowed an 83 year old widow to close on the sale of her home, and they did it with such honesty and integrity and professionalism, as I have rarely ever seen! THIS is old-fashioned service by true professionals who genuinely care! They have earned my highest recommendation, undying gratitude, and many referrals for the future! Excellent work! Good communication and arrived on time. They replaced a few broken/loose floor tiles and regrouted another area where the grout was breaking up. Everything looks perfect- we highly recommend them and will definitely use again when needed!
