I called the shop on a Friday asking when I could bring in my vehicle for a misfire, the person on the phone told me Monday morning. I towed it there after my 12 hour night shift and I walked in the door to ask where they wanted it dropped because it couldn’t drive with the misfire. They told me I couldn’t drop it off anymore and I got frustrated because I had to pay 150$ for nothing. They told me to bill the company for the tow. When I left the shop to tell the tow guy to bring it back, a manager or maybe the owner came out and told me to drop it and they’ll get me in. I did just that even tho I felt uneasy about the situation. When it came time to pick up my car they told me the repairs were on them. I was upset at first but after they redeemed themselves I felt better. They’re good people and should be treated as such. My apologies again for getting upset.
Edit: so the misfire came back, I contacted the shop about it, was told since it’s been more than 5 days he couldn’t do anything about it and I’d have to wait 2 weeks to get in for a check up. I use the car to get to work and back so not having a vehicle for that long was out of the equation. Ended up going to another shop, and 500$ later the problem that was originally at fault got fixed. Moral of the story is I won’t be going back to caspian.
