Matt & his crew at Casper friendly services is the company to call if you need plumbing or HVAC work done! I am renting a home in Toms River that had a very bad musty, moldy smell. I told my landlord & he found Matt online, called him up & he came the very next day, & did the estimate. He explained everything in layman terms, was so honest, caring & extremely knowledgeable!! He explained what was wrong & what had to be done. He then came a week later & he & his men got the job done in record time! No more musty smell!! Matt showed me the moldy vents & then compared it to what it should look like! HE TAKES THE TIME!! They did an amazing job! Casper is by far the BEST out there! I will absolutely be recommending him to all my friends!

Matt Casper put in my splits 6 years ago I am very happy with them and to this day it was the best money I’ve spent on my house. Today I had my annual service done and Dave and Josh were excellent. They were very thorough and helpful in giving me tips on how to keep the splits running. I highly recommend this business.

Matt just may be the best contractor I’ve ever worked with. Super professional, incredibly knowledgeable and extremely reasonable. Not only did he save a deal which was still in inspections, but he made my client feel as if he was the most important person in the room.

Matt and his crew delivered outstanding service in a timely manner (right before the temperature dropped). They helped us save money in the long run and we didn't have to pay anything up front for a replacement combi-unit (boiler and water heater combined). We had just bought an older house with a 40+ year old boiler and a 10+ year old water heater installed. We shot Casper Plumbing & HVAC a call because we weren't sure how to light the pilot for the boiler let alone we weren't sure if it even worked and they came out immediately. After a quick assessment and attempt to light it, it was determined the boiler was inoperable. The awesome thing is that the gentleman that came out suggested replacing the boiler through NJNG's SaveGreen program which Casper Plumbing & HVAC are approved for. They suggested replacing both the boiler and the water heater based on the age as well with a combi-unit which would save us money in the long run. Nothing was paid for up front, no interest tacked on, and the moment our application was approved they put us on the calendar within a very reasonable amount of time. I mentioned our thermostat didn't work and they replaced it as well. When I noticed a leak the day after the installation, I called and they came out immediately (within the next hour or two) and resolved it. Communication was amazing, customer service was awesome, and they made sure everything was working perfectly. They are reliable, steadfast, and friendly. Something that isn't all that easy to come by. I recommend them to anyone having issues with their furnace, boiler, water heater. Shoot 'em a call, they're worth it.
