Case Heating and Air / Scientist on Staff

Our air went out and we called Case Heating and Air- Donny came the next morning. He thoroughly checked everything- found it was a faulty thermostat. Since it was something we can order and just snap on- there was no charge!! Also, Donny is a very pleasant person to deal with. I highly recommend Case Heating and Air!!!

Case has worked on my older Heat pumps (AC & Heat) and gotten them back up and running very quickly. Quick to respond and quick to identify and fix the problem. They came out on a Saturday and saved out weekend with Cool Air. Thanks Again.

Over promised and underdelivered. Bought a completely new York AC/Furnance/Heat Pump. Damaged my floors. Left us without AC in the hot summer and with out heat for 3 days while my wife was sick and had a fever. Wouldn't come out to get out heat working because it was a Sunday, then refused to come out on Monday because it was Columbus Day. We were forced to hire another HVAC company to get this $8500 system to work properly. They found Case Heat & Air didn't seal our vent which could have us breathing Carbon Monoxide and he didn't hook up saftey gas shut off. He also left wires dangling near where the gas ignites. I should have researched him more before I signed...I have to live with that. Anyone reading, please do your research work. What air scientist would put a new unit over a moldy floor?

This is a great company if you want it done right! We had a new unit and duct installed by them. Donnie the owner did everything he said he was going to do. They showed up on time, were very knowledgable and great about explaining what they were doing. His tech, Ed did a fantastic job and was very kind and professional. I would highly recommend them.

Brandon showed up on time after calling to let me know he was enroute. He worked continuously for 2 hours to install the range top microwave which was difficult as he had to completely replace the supporting hardware. Once completed, he cleaned the area and removed the packaging. He was pleasant and efficient. A consumate professional. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately, they were unable to fix our problem, however a report was made to later either get a new part or order a whole new HVAC system. Our tech was professional and arrived in a timely manner. We would use them again.

This company is very detailed in explaining the differences in units. What each would provide compared to the other. Recommendations to improve air flow and explained why parts of the house were cooler than the others. The two men that came to remove and install the unit and duct work were top notch guys. They were on time and basically worked through tight spaces and in the rain. Very professional and we would use and recommend these two guys again. So if you are in need I would definitely recommend you give this company a call first.
