I had an emergency come up late in the evening for one of my high-profile clients, and I reached out to Cascadian Pool Service hoping they might be able to help. To my surprise, they immediately stepped up. The owner stopped what he was doing, worked me into his schedule, and showed up first thing the next morning.
He quickly diagnosed the issue and spent the entire afternoon working through the problem until it was fully resolved. What really impressed me was the dedication to getting the job done right — no rushing, no shortcuts, just professional troubleshooting and solid workmanship.
After everything was completed, the invoice he sent was extremely fair and reasonable, especially considering the level of responsiveness and the time he spent fixing the issue.
I work with very high-end clients and dependable vendors are extremely important to me. Cascadian Pool Service absolutely delivered. Professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and honest.
