I’ve never had to manage the affairs of a loved one who has passed away, but Cascade made the experience less painful and scary. They covered everything and were such a support through the whole process. Even their choice of words are so considerate and tender when discussing the process in such detail.

Greg and Elizabeth were great. Compassionate, not pushy. They made a difficult time easier. They respected our wishes and made sure the service was exactly what we wanted.

Cascade Cremation & Burial Funeral Home made what is a difficult to process already event simple. The wonderful compassionate staff from the owners to the entire team met my family and me where we were. Both literally and emotionally. Their professionalism shone experience, but their understanding hearts made the experience personable. Amazing REAL people. Whom are there in the middle of the night or the middle of the day! Answering questions and processing all necessary steps quickly with a kind smile. Even afterwards, weeks after, following up with calls/texts to see how the family is and offering their assistance if there’s anything at all. My family and I are forever grateful for all their thoughtful kindness and care.

The staff is incredibly kind and respectful. They definitely went above and beyond for my family in our time of need. My mother passed away suddenly and we weren't prepared. They were understanding and patient with us as we gathered the funds to pay for their services. I highly recommend Cascade Cremation & Burial. I don't think we could have had a better experience anywhere else. They truly do care about the people they work with. Five stars is an understatement to what they actually deserve. ❤️

During an incredibly difficult time, the team here were nothing short of compassionate and supportive. From the moment we arrived, we were met with genuine kindness and patience from Travis. He took the time to answer all of our questions, never rushing us, and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. The environment was peaceful, welcoming, and calming, which meant more than we can express. Travis and his teams care and understanding helped make an otherwise painful process feel a little lighter. We are deeply grateful for the respect and compassion they showed our family and would highly recommend their services to anyone in need.

Excellent communication and tenderness over all the details needed to care for my dad. It was the hardest thing to go through and Alice handled everything with compassion and service that went beyond. If your loved one passes be assured that they will take great care of them here.

I cannot say enough amazing things about these wonderful people. in my tine if need they were so polite, caring, and gave my mom the dignity she deserved. they also helped me out with the financial aspect so I coukd make sure mom was taken care of. I would not recommend anyone else but Cascade. they text and ask how I am, making sure that I also am doing well. they care, they assist and are genuine. I am happy they made sure my moms cremation was done right. these people are true angels. make sure you call them in your time of need.

Cascade Cremation, specifically Alice but everyone that I met with were wonderful. During this difficult time they helped me navigate the process creating a calm gentle environment with emphasis on no rush. Occasionally checking in on me for anything additional that I may have needed. When I was ready to start completing tasks they offered fast service. I truly can not thank them enough.

I was devastated, my son had died at 35. They were so so kind. They made everything go so easy. I was so afraid to deal with everything and they made this all go so smooth.
