We prepared a rental unit for new tenants by undertaking several essential tasks to ensure the space was in top condition. We replaced the baseboard, installed a new bathroom exhaust fan, sealed gaps between the countertop and the wall, and re-wired the water boiler for safety. These upgrades guarantee a comfortable and efficient living environment for the new tenants.
