Very friendly and supportive - stored my things both from NZ and the boxes being sent back from the ME while I repatriated. Highly recommended - prepared to work outside the box to support different needs of customers :) I can not speak highly enough- new furniture ready for new house was treated if it was their own - boxes shipped internationally arrived and stored in dry clean space. Great storage units with easy 24/7 access, very affordable rates with excellent security. Caroline and Andrew were very understanding in delays due to overseas shipping and handling, so always kept me informed when a unit was available which made it much easier when everything finally did arrive. All in all great customer service and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a cost-effective storage solution in a convenient location.

Caroline was extremely helpful, nothing was ever too much trouble. Our houseload of furniture was stored for a year while our new build was in progress. We had easy access to the container during this time, and were confident with the security. The containers are dry and very well ventilated, our contents came out of the container in excellent condition including clothing and bedding. Highly recommend.

Highly recommended.We stored our campertrailer in a garage which was clean,dry and easy to access. The owners were really helpful and friendly and since they lived on site we had no concerns about security. The whole area is kept really tidy. Great experience all round.
