Visiting from the US, I had a great experience at The Cartel Collective. I sought a razor fade and beard trim with Harrison, an exceptional barber and true professional. He meticulously asked the right questions, listened attentively to my preferences, and explained the entire process. His attention to detail is remarkable, and Harrison takes immense pride in his work. Beyond his expertise, he’s incredibly friendly, easy to converse with, and ensures that the entire experience is enjoyable. I highly recommend Harrison to anyone looking for a high-quality barber.

Harrison is an outstanding barber and very professional! He listens to exactly what you want and talks you through the cut. His attention to detail is top notch and he always delivers a clean cut! The lads upon entry were very accommodating with an upbeat and welcoming attitude. Fade & Beard by senior barber Niall. During initial consulting of what I was wanting Niall was able to articulate what i was looking for and as I am unaware of terminology assisting with pictures. Professional, great attitude, adaptive conversationalist (no need to talk if that's not your thing). Niall continued to consult during the cut and provided a perfectionist result. The rest of the team provided an awesome atmosphere supported by multiple current sporting event on screens throughout the shop.

Ive been going to Harrison for a few years now, he’s a great barber who really has passion for what he does and puts love into his work. Also a great all around bloke who’s super easy to chat too.

Harrison was absolutely fantastic. He provided great customer service, listened to our needs and was a true professional. He was really understanding and welcoming and made my 4 years olds first big haircut a positive experience for him. His cutting skills were amazing. We had a full restyle and we loved the end result. I would very much recommend Harrison and we will be looking forward to coming back for another haircut soon. My husband and other two boys Iove having their hair cut at Cartel Collective. The team do such a great job.

Got a scissor cut here and Niall absolutely smashed it. One of the cleanest cuts I’ve ever had - he was a class chat throughout too! He even went above and beyond by tidying up my tash for me. Couldn’t recommend him enough. Good vibe throughout the shop and super clean interior too.

I really enjoy this place. Harrison is the man. Go book with him. Period. You won’t regret it. He’s very detail oriented and goes through his plan with you before he begins. He executes. The whole vibe and staff at this place is legit. Book something, you won’t regret it.

Had a great experience at Cartel C. courtesy of Niall who gave me one of the best cuts i’ve ever had and a great chat alongside it. He was extremely nice and down to earth, I will definitely go back if I return to Cairns.
