Outstanding Service – Truly Saved My Day! I had an amazing experience with Cars & Trucks Battery Service. Two weeks ago my car would not start, and I was extremely anxious. Because my English is limited, I felt very frustrated trying to make phone calls and explain my situation. I decided to send this company a text message, and to my surprise, I received a reply in less than one minute. They were kind, clear, and immediately arranged for a technician to come to my home. The technician, Ernest, arrived quickly and provided excellent service. He was very professional, efficient, and friendly. He replaced my car battery in less than 15 minutes, and my car started right away. This company truly understands customer needs, especially for people who may have language barriers. Their responsiveness, professionalism, and kindness made a very stressful situation easy and smooth. I am extremely grateful to the entire team, and especially to Ernest. Had to replace my car battery quick. Called and these guys made it happen in under hour and half. Best part, they come to you! Easy to set up appointment, quick response, great work, reasonable price, and overall great customer service.

My car's battery died this past week and I was looking for options that could replace the battery at my home. I was able to book a same day appointment! The person I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and provided very clear quotes for how much I'd need to pay. The battery price was very competitive (comparable to AAA). Rober called me 15 minutes before arriving at my home and was finished with the battery replacement in under 15 minutes. Highly recommend this business!

I was on the way to help my mom whose battery died. I saw the company vehicle on the road next to me. I called the office and the Mobil tech met me at my mom’s car. Within 15 minutes she was back in the road with a brand new battery! Highly recommend and well worth their reasonable service fee!

Due to the frigid temperatures that we've recently had, my car battery died. I called on a Saturday morning and Ernest was there not too much longer afterwards. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I am very appreciative and highly recommend this convenient service.

In early May 2025, I called Cars and Trucks Battery Service to replace a 12 V battery in my Toyota Prius. They came quickly and for $400 they put in the 12 V battery. When I started the car and drove away, I quickly realized that the radio system and back camera did not work. I took it to my trusted mechanic who gets between 4.5 and 4.8 stars and they suggested that somehow someway the installation shorted out the front unit where the radio is. The mechanic put their best tech on the issue and checked the relays and fuses and nothing was wrong. Cars and Trucks Battery Service basically said that this never happens and that it’s not their fault. So after spending $600 including the labor at the mechanic, I still do not have A functioning front radio piece and a back camera. Be wary. They may not stand behind their work. Caveat emptor.

The service I received at home in my building's garage was excellent. My advice: Do not go anywhere else for battery replacement. The service was timely, very professional (the technician knew well how difficult it is to access the battery on a Ford Escape), courteous and not expensive.

I just wanted to give a shout out to Cars & Trucks Battery Service, a mobile company that comes to you and got my car going again in no time. I didn’t know that it seems quite difficult to find a place that replaces Mercedes Benz batteries, since it involves reprogramming the system. Advance Autoparts, NTB.. all weren’t able to do it. This company came out right when I called them and fixed it right away. So pleased! Ross did an amazing job 🙏🏼
