The staff in the service department were super professional and knowledgeable with regards to suggesting the optimum service options and value! My dealings with the parts department manager Mr. Victor Hamling was also fantastic, Victor is super knowledgeable in responding to my request for upgraded OEM replacement parts. Overall I would rate them a 10 having such a great experience! I highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle from Cars Plus, in my opinion if you sell vehicles on Guam you should also invest in having both great parts and service departments which Cars Plus definitely spared no expense on, thanks Joey and to your team of professionals!

It’s been a couple of months now, but I wanted to share my experience. I had been searching for a hybrid car for over a year and still couldn’t decide—until I visited Cars Plus and worked with Rods Hernandez. He showed me a Sonata Hybrid that had only a few miles on it but was basically brand new. I was even able to do a 24-hour test drive, which I loved because it gave me a real chance to see how the car felt, unlike the quick 10-minute test drives I had at other dealerships. When I decided to move forward, I genuinely felt like Rods had my best interest in mind. He made sure everything went smoothly and that I was getting the best deal possible. Since this was my first time, I was nervous about how difficult the process might be, but working with him and the rest of the team made it easy. They gave me options without making me feel pressured to choose anything specific. From start to finish, it was truly a great experience. After a couple of months of driving the car, I wanted to let everything settle before writing a review. I just had my first service with Cars Plus, and it was fast, easy, and felt like quality care. If you’re looking for a car, want the best deal with zero pressure, and want someone who’s available anytime to help make it happen, I 100% recommend working with Rods Hernandez and the Cars Plus team.

Lana and the rest of the staff made my auto shopping experience genuinely great. Everyone was super friendly and easy to work with. They let me take the vehicle and check everything I wanted to see. They were also very transparent. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience — customer service was a solid 10/10. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Just got a car for my Mom from CarsPlus and honestly had a great experience. Big shoutout to Jaython, Philip, and Tati for helping me through the whole process. They were patient, answered all my questions, and made everything super smooth from start to finish. Buying a car can be stressful, but they made it way easier than I expected. Alright chat, let me give you a little perspective before I go into detail. 1. I’m a 28yo Caucasian from the mountains of caucuses 😂 2. Never been on an island. 3. Never bought a car with less than 30,000 miles on it. Much less a brand new one. I think what my favorite part about my whole experience with this place is that not once was I forced to look at something I didn’t want. I went here on a mission to find the Hyundai Elantra N and not once did Mr. Rod Hernandez try to force me to look at something different. His customer service was beyond top tier. When it came time for negotiation he was understanding and was able to come to a deal. The actual signing process was extremely easy and they didn’t try to pull anything slick either. No hidden fees or anything. If you come to get a vehicle here be sure to ask for Mr. Hernandez!

Sorry this is a late review. My sales representative Lana from CarsPlus was great to work with. I did not feel pressured/constant sales pitch in getting a vehicle. She was kind, understanding and very helpful. I really appreciate your help and I'll be sure to refer people to you. Thank you again

My husband & I had a great experience through the whole process of getting our new 2026 Hyundai Tucson. Our salesperson Rods Hernandez, did an awesome job with us through the whole process which was a simple process as they take care of all the details for you. Rods went above & beyond our expectations as a Sales Consultant. His personality was super friendly & he never tried to force anything on us. He was always attentive to our choices in what we wanted & was accommodating with our schedule in going through the whole process. Phillip Delos Santos was our Finance person & did an awesome job explaining & going through paperwork with us, which really was hassle free.
